On the afternoon of October 28th, the inaugural meeting of the Financial Investment Branch of the Beijing Hunan Enterprise Chamber of Commerce (the first meeting of the fourth member representative conference and the first meeting of the fourth council) and the third Hunan Business Capital Forum were successfully held at the Beijing Postal Savings Building. This event was guided by the Beijing Office of the Hunan Provincial People's Government and the Beijing Hunan Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, hosted by the Financial Investment Branch of the Beijing Hunan Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, and co-organized by the Beijing Branch of China Postal Savings Bank, Beijing Shengxun Electronics Co., Ltd., and ZhenjiuLidu Group.
The conference elected a list of members of the fourth board of directors and a new leadership team of the Financial Investment Branch, and appointed members of the secretariat. Beijing Shengxun Electronics Co., Ltd., the Executive Chairman Unit of Beijing Hunan Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, was elected as the President Unit of the Financial Investment Branch. Tan Zheng, Executive Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Shengxun Co., Ltd, was elected as the President of the Financial Investment Branch. Guofeng Gongchuang,vice president of the Chamber of Commerce, was elected as the branch Executive President unit. Xie Qingshun,vice president of Chamber of Commerce and chairman of Guofeng Gongchuang, was elected as the executive chairman.Liu Bo, Xia Xuejiao, Tang Shenqiu, Xie Zemin, Chen Bing, Zhang Hui, Xiong Ming, Zhou Hongqun, Zou Hengrui, Zhang Chi, Zhu Jinjin, Yu Jingchen, Xie Huixin, Liu Hongguo, Yan Lixin, Yang Fan, and their respective units were elected as vice presidents and vice presidents of the branch.Zeng Weiguo, Li Jun, He Jiangtao, Tang Gangming, Chen Xi, Liu Hongxia, Cao Weiyu, He Baizhu, Chen Donghui, Huang Zitong, Yang Bin, Zou Jiaming, Mao Shuilin, Yan Hao, Shen Yunhui, Yang Huize, Yu Bo, Jing Kun, Yao Hua, Chen Gaoqiong, Ge Xin, Xiong Zelin, and their respective units were elected as branch directors and governing units.The conference also held a lively round table forum, focusing on hot topics such as the economic and financial development of Hunan Province and the development of Hunan's private economy. The roundtable forum was chaired by Xie Qingshun, Executive Chairman of the Financial Investment Branch and Secretary General of the Asia Pacific Financial Forum. Several important guests, including Hu Changshun, Vice President of the Macroeconomic Journal of the National Development and Reform Commission, Wang Jianxin, Researcher at the Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance, Zhang Wenkui, Deputy Director of the Enterprise Research Institute of the State Council Development Research Center, and Mei Xingbao, advisor to the Oriental Asset Management, were invited to provide suggestions on economic and financial development of Hunan.After the forum, the branch held a financial investment salon in collaboration with participating investment institutions and Hunan entrepreneurs, providing a platform for in-depth communication among elite entrepreneurs from various industries. The attending entrepreneurs and guests in the salon had a positive interaction and exchange. Hunan entrepreneurs from multiple industries such as investment, agriculture, construction, energy, digital economy, etc., including Ouyang Jianying, Chen Ze, Liu Junyi, Liu Zegang, Liu Bo, Wang Xinrong, Wang Qin, Tang Qiao, Xie Zemin, Chen Bing, Zhou Hongqun, Xiongming, Zhu Jinjin, Liu Hongguo, Tang Shenqiu, Tang Yuxi, Fu Zhonghong, Yang Fan, etc., spoke in turn.At the salon event, entrepreneurs not only shared their successful experiences and innovative models, but also actively introduced their industry background, future development plans, core advantages (including technology research and development, resource integration, supply chain management, investment experience, etc.), resource needs, and expectations for empowerment.
