Andu Xiudian Patent Agency was founded in 2010. The service team applies for nearly a hundred patents annually. The patent fields involved include mechanical devices, electronic equipment, chemical agents, biotechnology, etc.

Our patent business include:

● Conducting domestic and international patent searches and surveillance

● Providing patentability analyses and opinions

● Providing legal opinions on patent infringements

● Chinese patent applications and international PCT applications with the Chinese Patent Office

● Overseas-filing and prosecution of patent applications, including Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau

● Re-examination of rejected Chinese patent applications and invalidation procedure before the Patent Re-examination Board

● Administrative litigation against re-examination decision or invalidation decision made by the Patent Re-examination Board

● Providing legal services in respect of patent disputes and infringements, including consultation, investigating evidences, acting in administrative and litigation proceedings for patent dispute resolution, etc.
