In accordance with the provisions of Article 44 (4) of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, Lai Zhensheng applied for the cancellation of No. 1695649 "CATHY" trademark registered by Chaoyang Baolan Silk Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. in Class 42 "massage" and other services on the grounds of stopping use for three consecutive years. Accepted on January 26, 2006, and notified Chaoyang Baolan Silk Fine Co., Ltd. to submit evidence of its use of the trademark between January 26, 2003 and January 25, 2006 within 2 months from the date of receipt of the notice.

Chaoyang Baolan Silk Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. submitted relevant evidence materials within the above time limit. After examination, it is believed that the trademark use evidence provided by Chaoyang Baolan Silk Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. is valid. The grounds for Lai Zhensheng's application for revocation of trademark No. 1695649 "CATHY" cannot be established.

According to the provisions of Article 44 (4) of the Trademark Law and Article 39 of the Implementing Regulations of the Trademark Law, it is decided that Lai Zhensheng's application for cancellation is rejected, and the registered trademark No. 1695649 of "CATHY" continues to be valid.
