Chen Bing, born in Liuyang City, Hunan Province, graduated with a master's degree from China University of Political Science and Law. He is one of the founders of ANDU & Partners. He began working as a trademark agency legal service provider in 2000. 1. The Trademark "Shanghai Tan" under No. 1968877 acted by him was included in the Trademark Office review standards reference example.

2. Represented trademark dispute case of "Ya Wang", which has lasted for 8 years (one of the top ten typical cases of innovative judicial trials by the Supreme Court). This case has gone through opposition, opposition review, first and second instance of the court, Supreme Prosecutor's protest, and two retrials by the Supreme Court, which maintained the prior use right of the trademark for Beijing Ya Wang Company.

3. Represented Trademark Registration Confirmation Cases of “Taiwan Pi Jiu”, “Taiwan Yao Jiu”, “Jinmen Gao Liang Jiu”, “85℃”, etc. (Important events in cross-strait economic cooperation).

4. The geographical indication dispute cases of Taiwan, such as "Xiluo Jiang You", "Gukeng Ka Fei", "Chishang Mi" and "Guanshan Mi", represented by him, to some extent quelled the controversy over the registration of well-known Taiwanese agricultural product trademarks at that time.
