Ma Huanping graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology with a master's degree in 2014 and joined Beijing Andu Xiudian Intellectual Property Team in the same year. She has been engaged in intellectual property services for 9 years and currently holds the position of Deputy General Manager. During her tenure in intellectual property services, she mainly worked on writing invention patents and utility model patents, as well as responding to examination opinions and notifications. She also participated in writing and responding to multiple patent reexaminations, invalidation, and litigation cases. In addition, she also participates in patent process work, such as processing design patent images, submitting patent cases, forwarding official notifications to the clients, etc.

She has participated in two accelerated procedures, namely pre-examination and priority examination, in the intellectual property industry, especially in the field of patents. The invention patent application cycle can be shortened to about 1 month at the fastest.

She is responsible for writing and responding to patent applications in related fields such as electronics, communication, semiconductors, computer software and hardware, networks, petroleum exploration, and electromechanical engineering. In addition, she is also skilled in patent review, invalidity, administrative litigation, patent infringement analysis as well as intellectual property consultation and retrieval, intellectual property strategy planning and intellectual property evaluation.
