Ivy Wang graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a bachelor's degree in English, and currently served as the Director of foreign trademark department of Andu & Partners since 2017. She is responsible for foreign clients’ trademark, copyright and customs matters in China and at the same time, also provides these services for domestic clients in the world. She has in-depth experience in trademark prosecution, trademark portfolio management and strategic counseling. 

Before joining ANDU, Ms. Wang worked in some famous IP firms in Beijing for ten years handling trademark and copyright related matters. She served and is serving many well-known domestic and foreign companies, including China Poly Group, Founder Group, Dongfeng Xiaokang Automobile Co., Ltd., Tianma Microelectronics, Gujinggong Liqor, Kerchin, Hanmi Pharmaceutical, Nestlé, Sephora, Coca-Cola and Kimberly-Clark, etc.

Her practice mainly focused on trademark prosecution, IP enforcement, IP civil and administrative litigation, and also copyright, domain name and custom recordal matters, from which she has accumulated rich experiences. At the same time, she is familiar with the trademark prosecution process in major overseas countries both through the Madrid system and in single country. Over the years, she has been dedicated to studying the application and combination of various trademark laws and regulations in practical cases. In addition, she has also been sorting out and summarizing the universal standards and special regulations for trademark examination in various countries around the world to provide cunsel and inspiration for domestic applicants to register trademarks overseas.
