Zhang Rentian graduated from China University of Geosciences with a bachelor's degree in Law. He joined Andu & Partners in 2009. He is responsible for trademark authorization and confirmation cases, handling a large number of conventional trademark cases as well as nearly 2,000 complex cases, such as oppositions, oppositions review and invalidation, with rich experience in intellectual property affairs.
He is especially focusing on the collection of materials and application for well-known trademark and geographical indication certification trademark cases. He has successfully applied for nearly 30 well-known trademarks (including Anhua Black Tea, Langshan, Dongxin Fireworks, Newman, Zhongmei Machinery, Xinchangfu, Huanghelou Jiu, Gujinggong Jiu, Qibu ABC, Idore, etc.) and more than 10 certification trademarks (including Liuyang Steamed Vegetable, Liuyang Firecrackers, Tianjin Beef Rice noodles, Jingzhou Poria, Huangping Konjak, Huangping radix pseudostellariae, etc.) He has rich practical experience in applying for well-known trademark cases and applying for certification trademarks.
He received the first batch of "Trademark Agency Gold Medal Service Individual" titles evaluated by the China Trademark Association in 2019.
